Not impressed.  Patties were small and we ordered the twin cities burger (a double).  Huge piece of lettuce, a handful of pickles, tomatoes, cheese and mustard.  Lots of mustard.  Must have missed that on the description cause I don't like mustard. The thing was a watery mess.  Water not grease like a real burger.  Fries were warm but I ve made. Better in my oven.  Some kind of all natural ice tea that tasted like ginseng.  Top it off couldn't find a place to sit that had been cleaned since last people ate.  Won't be back.

Burgers are made after you order.  Nothing sits there on the counter. Gotta admit it was tasty. Perhaps one of the tastiest burgers I've ever had even.  They even a burger named after the Twin Cites ! It's so good too, and I hate to say it, but even refrigerator cold they are fantastic ! lol
And the real deal is their fries: Five Guys wishes they had fries as good as Smashburger. A slight rosemary and olive oil finish makes these "slightly thinner than McD's fries" something extraordinary.  Once you try a few,  you'll finish the rest for sure.

The smashfries are delicious!  Burgers are good, or you can get chicken, turkey burger or black bean. Salads available as well. The malts are good and the haystack onions are super tasty!   Service has always been pretty quick.

Excellent burgers; large, delicious shakes made with Haagen Dazs ice cream; wonderful fried veggies (carrots and asparagus) and now rosemary-and-olive-oil seasoned tater tots....yummy and worth the calories.  The food is served hot and quickly!

I love it here! Amazing burgers and everyone is obsessed with their shakes. Strawberry is a favorite. I always seem to see 1/2 of all customers there with one whenever I go!
