This place use to be good, however for the past year or so it's gone downhill. Almost every time we eat here our order is not correct and not served the way it's supposed to be. If you order anything on the side you can almost guarantee that you will not receive it. It's  sad really. Food often arrives cold, soggy or without the things it was supposed to come with such as bacon, sour cream or guacamole. It's just a lack of caring.

Terrible experience this time. Chilis wasnt busy but we still ended up with six different people in the beginning helping us and never got anywhere. Then after that we were lucky to be waited on for refills. Management came but didn't  really react to my negative comment of ( things cOuld be better)food was cold my husbabd was almost done with food when they finally brought tortillas for him after we stopped a different waitress.  he ordered a beer and got Long island tea and still got charged for it. My food came back Luke warm and ribs were under cooked  we always eat here and never had issues butt I am really beginning to wonder. I don't care about how much we paid but they should have adjusted something on  ticket or even a free desert for us to share. Lol

I had some Plenti points expiring and learned AT&T is leaving the program. So I decided to use them at Chili's. It was easy to use. You order your food and then login to the Zosk on the table and then pay using the Zosk and apply your points at checkout. The food was also excellent.

Love the fajitas!   Salads were fresh and crisp.  Service is great. Friendly atmosphere.  They need to add WiFi!!!!!
