We stopped here on our way from Great Sands NP. The drive through personnel was very kind and our order was correct.

Very poor service. Ordered a JBC meal. My burger had no cheese or bacon. A person before us by two was still waiting for his food when We got ours. AND the bathroom was filfthy and could not put my tray of trash in the trash because it was overflowing.

Service was ridiculously slow and there was a overly rude customer behind us demanding free drinks for his wait. The cashier gave him her employee meal to make things right

This store used to be a stellar place to visit but I have not been as satisfied in the last week or so... The frostys are thin and the fries are lukewarm 

I hope they can get their act together and step up their game
