I ordered bourbon chicken combination plate in person after waiting 5 minutes to be acknowledged. I watched the girl behind the counter place some pre-portioned substance in the microwave hoping to god it wasn't mine. It was. It was completely inedible. They were working on other orders as I was there, but the grills were clean and nothing was actually being cooked to order. Not only was the chicken microwaved, it had no indication that it was ever cooked in actual wok. It seemed as if it was boiled and reheated. It had no flavor. I won't order from them again. This will be the first and last time. The employees aren't inattentive, they're downright RUDE and the food was absolutely disgusting.

This is probably some of the worst customer service I have experienced from any similar establishment. They are quick to get you off the phone, do not listen to you, and talk over you. My boyfriend tried to give them his number to call when they arrive, but they refused to accept it and called mine, which may have caused a predicament if we were not together when the delivery came. They did not allow us to give a credit card over the phone and hung up before giving us a chance to even ask. The only positive note I have include about this establishment is that they are quick to deliver. Overall, an awful experience solely based on their poor customer service.

Delivery is not reliable and you are forced to pick up. Restaurant is dirty and smells it always looks like trees are going to start growing. They dump grease right out the back door where everyone can see. Suprised the health department has not investigated.
