So I gave these guys a try. We get an attitude from a Brian guy for the delivery driver not finding the house. Right down the street. Then was questioned about why I gave my apartment number. Well that's where you're delivering it to. Was told that I needed to wait outside. I waited just to see the driver flying down my street. He only stopped because I yelled when I saw his delivery sign... The food was plentiful but mediocre at best. The wings were terrible. I've never been told to be or go outside for a food delivery in my life. I'll be happy to take my business elsewhere. :)

I've been a consistent customer for over two years and ordered at least twice a month, usually more. I ordered today and a DRIVER took my order and gave me the wrong prices. He tried telling me it was $2 per meatball (yes, you don't automatically get meatballs with their spaghetti and meatballs even though their menu makes it sound like you do). In reality, it's $1 a meatball. But because he had said it was $2, I asked them to take them off the order. The lady I talked to after him told me the real price, so I said to just give us the meatballs then. While trying to apologize for the confusion (which wasn't even my fault to begin with), she slammed the phone in my ear. I was charged TWICE for our order on top of all of this - it came to over $70 that was taken out of my account. When I called back to talk to a manager, I was basically told 'oh well, wait for the money to go back into your account'. I mean Jesus, what if they had overdrafted my account? Then I called back again and got to talk to the owner and he told me the same thing. I've ordered at LEAST twice a month from this place for TWO YEARS and I refuse to ever order from there again. I'm telling all of my friends and family to do the same - all of which have been referred to there by us. I've never had such terrible customer service. So thanks, Mick's. Now I have to postpone my kid's birthday present thanks to you!
