My girlfriend and I go to yuan's very regularly and I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience. The sushi is the best that I know of to date and the wait staff are always friendly and accommodating. I love yuan sushi. Highly recommended.

Love it! We were so happy when they finally reopened after the Remsen Street fire. They have a little bit of everything and the food has been consistently good. We've tried several of the combo platters and have not been disappointed yet. I like the General Tso chicken or the spicy crab roll and my boyfriend is a fan a of boneless spare ribs. Big portions and very quick delivery.

Yuan sushi is some of the best sushi I have ever had. Super fresh and the staff is awesome. They know us by face and always welcome us back with a smile. Every dish I have ever had from here wether it be from the sushi bar or the kitchen is artfully prepared and tastes amazing. At the end of every meal the end it with fresh orange quarters which end the meal nicely. Staff is always super polite.

Everything here is awesome except the sushi. if you want to get good Chinese food or even good Japanese entrees this place is great however their Sushi is pathetic I think I've had better stuff from Price Chopper. Their fish was flavorless and definitely not sushi grade, the rice was dry and tacky, and the vegetables were over used as filler or of bad quality. The whole presentation was embarrassing and I had pieces of Sushi keep falling apart as I tried to pick them up.

We've had lunch there several times and we love it! The food is so fresh, the service is so good, it's our new favorite!
