They're usually pretty decent when they get the order right. I made an order for delivery totaling up to around $30. I clearly told them I wanted white rice, instead they gave me fried rice. I didn't mind at first, after all, people make mistakes. I called and they told me it will be there in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, I called again, this time they said it would be there in 30 minutes. Basically, I didn't get my white rice for another 2 hours. They're a complete joke when it comes to customer satisfaction. I am in search for a new Chinese fast food delivery! I recommend to everyone to do the same!
