Terrible. Not even worth one star but to write this I had to. Called to order 7:30pm. Was told about an hour. Flash forward to 9:30pm, my stomach has eaten itself and half of my liver too. No food. I called the restaurant and she said it's only 6 miles driver already just left and "you get your food in like 10 minute". I proceed to express my displeasure with being told an hour when I ordered and now it's been 2 and I have to wait still? Nah, comp my order. 2.5 hours for crummy Chinese food. Completely not worth it and the girl was talking about how I paid with my card. So now I can wonder if she going to screw with my charges. Horrible customer service and always OVER an hour. Why do they always say 45 minutes or an hour? I've never gotten a delivery from here in under 1.5 hours. I will be finding another Chinese food restaurant. At least the driver had some customer service skills. She earned the one star I had to give.

The food was awful, the meat tasted like rubber, and the  workers their are rude and need to learn how to deal with customers. We called them to tell them our food was not properly made and they were talking back to us and where saying rude things in Chinese behind our backs. All in all, this place needs to learn how to deal with customers and how to be on time and not take over an hour to get to us, when they said it would only take 40 minutes.

I have had better Chinese food!  The lo mein had no flavor!  They gave you barely any meat with the combination platter.  Over priced and down right nasty

The rudest and most disgraceful service.  The woman that answers the phone is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.  I hate that my regular go-to restaurant is closed Tuesdays.  I know they would never have treated me the way China Rose did.
