Food is awful! Place is dirty and employees are clueless but nice, too bad for Chipotle. I used to really enjoy their food and go far to get it, now it’s close but it’s not worth the trip

I found a stone in my food.. It was black stone.. luckily I found it while mixing.. so just threw the whole bowl away... As a place, this Chipotle place is the worst.. but as general, Chipotle food is good..

This is my third trip to this chipotle and they are 1 for 3. My first order was a veggie burrito with rice. Everything was good except the rice was under done which I can't stand little crunchies in every bite. I figured ok I just won't order rice with my meal here anymore. My second order of just one taco was good. No complaints. My third and final order was three tacos which were given to me ice cold and the cheese wasn't even close to being melted. I was starving and had already drove off so I decided to eat them anyway. Since there was sour cream I didn't want to heat them up since I am not a fan of warm sour cream. A few bites in a and I nearly broke a tooth on what was a piece of bone or some other type of hardened substance so in the garbage they go. I was looking forward to more food choices in the area but now it looks like there is one less for me.

I give this place one star because most male employees have  beards and that's disgusting in food service. A hair could fall into my food. Also , no one should have facial piercings because that is hazardous. A nose ring can fall into customers food. This place is not hygienic . They should also clean the tables and floors . Looked like no one behind the counter cared about the restaurants appearance.
