I was expecting more since I saw the 60 minutes show. The burger was actually excellent. The dessert was so so. The part that really bothered me was cleanliness. First of all the table top was dirty. The bathroom was not that clean and the sink was stuffed up. Then when you threw away your garbage, the cans were overflowing. They only had one guy working the dining area. The fast food places in Lake Ronkonkoma are definitely cleaner

It was my first time checking out the shake shack in lake Grove Smith Haven Plaza. What a disappointment!!!! They could not get my order right 3 times! First they forgot the bacon ,on the next one they put bacon on but did not add lettuce and tomato or shack sauce to it. While I was waiting for a redo burger another customer came in with the hair in her cheeseburger. It was a fast burger and sloppily done. Fries were delicious and crispy chicken burger were done right. Disappointed! Especially after such an hype on 60 min about it being done right! There are much better burger places!

The service was excellent, everyone that helped me was extremely friendly and I got my food relatively quickly. The burgers and hot dogs had a slightly burnt flavor but they were not over cooked dry but juicy. The prices while a little high are on average with most burger shops. I will definitely go back especially with the friendly staff which is something many places lack.

The Nassau location was so much better. The burger was way under cooked. I asked for a half ice tea and half lemonade which was disgusting. i asked for the items separate the ice tea was biter and lemonade tasteless. the cheese sauce was watery and flavorless.

Best of the burger joints, a little pricy, but worth it, so nice to have it near home, always good Every burger works, my favorite is the Portobello with the beef patties, its just flavor that shoots you in the back of your mouth. Get the full burger, the single is good but the bun to beef is just better with the dubble As good as any of the shack, worth the wait but with the app, no waiting Beer is there own, and its good think it made by Brooklyn beer Wine is there too Huge fan!
