Ordered on line, which was a great way for the whole office the get exactly what they wanted. Pick up time was 12:30. Got there at 12:30. Our order was "ready" at 1:00. Nope, two bowls were missing. Did they offer anything because the order was 30 minutes late AND two things were missing? No. Got back to the office and two bowls were wrong. Not a good day at Chipotle.

This place used to be GOD AWFUL! I love chipotle but I would never order from here. Took a risk today and was the best decision I made! Under new management, polite staff and the food was THE BEST EVER!!!! Love what you're doing. Please keep it up. So happy to have a good chipotle in my neighborhood.

Disappointing to discover that Chipotle has gotten kind of "meh" in the past few years. This was once my go-to spot for fresh Mex. Now the food is dry and has lost flavor. Hope they rediscover the secret that made them such a favorite in their early years.

I don't understand why people love Chipotle. I ordered a chicken burrito. It was huge! I am full, but that is all. Maybe if they would of put it on a grill. I dont know. Over rated. Overpriced. Guacamole cost 2.30 or 2.50 just for a side. I am beyond confused. 
Customer Service was nice.

One of the worst chipotle's that I have ever been to. The staff stood around talking to each other rather than serving customers. The line was super long and they were chatting, really unbelievable.
