I found out they out of coffee after I paid for it! One gentleman told one of the employee that they were out of coffee and he told him ( and not politely) that it was brewing and would be out in a moment. Well after about 10 minutes he brought out 2 pots and went back to doing something else. I told him (politely) they were out of hazelnut. He to me (not politely) it was coming and he could only brew 2 pots at a time. Another 5 - 8 minutes he brought out the coffee. Thank you for making me late for work! By the way, the cashier was very professional and engaging. She was the only one working with a very long. One person left to go elsewhere and I should have as well.

Came in on 02/06/2018 at around 19:50 had to wait at  the counter for about 5 minutes to place my order. Got some tea that they didn't charge me for indeed. But there was NO Hot water, No Honey and NO lemon. Asked manager if it's a self-service night. Manager replied that it's almost closing time..... really??? What about customer service and  finishing the night as strong as you started it?? Is it such a hard concept to comprehend??   Most employees look like they don't want to be there or they are way overworked , well, there are people out there who still looking for work. MANAGEMENT - HELLO??? Where are YOU!?

I love Panera, it is probably my favorite place to eat, but this location is a disgrace. I made a rapid pickup order and went in to get it, the parking lot is a joke and the spots are so small it is impossible for any size car to fit in a single spot making the tiny parking lot even smaller. My order was supposed to be ready at the assigned time of 10:55am, it was not ready as it was busy and there were people crowding the counter asking for their food. After waiting about 5 more minutes it was finally ready and was correct which I found promising. I drove back home to eat it to find that my grilled cheese was so cold it was basically a cheese sandwich with burned bread. The soup was all broth, the chips were burned, and the baguette was tiny and was the density of a stick. If you want real Panera food go to the Troy location on Coolidge Hwy by Maple.

Terrible experience, a young lady picked up as I ordered a rapid pickup or, after informing her of my order she left me on hold for 10 minutes. I called on my house line, a man name Jason picked up who I learned later was the manager and after I told him what I wanted he rudely explained that the items I ordered were accounted for this morning. I explained I could pick it up in an hour, he reminded me of his initial statement. I was ordering items for a team meeting. I'm baffled at the lack of professionalism and ability to offer stated products. It would be beneficial to know that there is  a limit of certain morning items. Needless to say I'm fairly disappointed and likely won't be indulging here for time.

Pretty good experience. I like the layout in this one a bit more. There seems to be more accessiblity to outlets. Also good and fast service as well.
