I usually order from this location, however, I won't be ordering from here anymore. HORROBLE customer service. On 11/21, I ordered, as usual, but my order was an hour and 45 minutes late!! So I called this location and spoke with the manager, Danny, who assured me that he would check on the driver and also waive my delivery fee, as well as give me 20% off my next order (which is apparently the managers deal) keep in mind that we kept in contact throughout the delivery process. He was very professional as was I. Do of course I call today, spoke with some young lady and explained to her what happened. She tells me that she is the manager working tonight and that she can't honor that request. 

If I'm telling you as a customer that my food came to my house COLD over an hour and 45 minutes late (really close to 2 hours)- then why in the world wouldn't you honor it?! Danny was also going to take off more money on my bill on the 21st but I still paid them everything that was due - warmed up my cold food, and ate it! This manager was very inconsiderate and I will not be doing business here. Advice don't take anything these people say here as the truth. 

I understand people calling and possibly abusing the system- but I'm specifically able to tell you who gave me the deal and on what day it happened and all the details you should be able to do some research in your system to see if Danny was working that night and if that was my last order and Honor it. It's called customer service !

Like the pizza—-nice chewy crusts, generous toppings, but costly if your not catching a mid week special... their tiger shrimp is hit or miss, but when it’s a hit, it’s mouth watering....

The food was horiable, it took 2 hours for my food to get delivered. It staff caused at me on the phone when I called to ask about my food. When I finally got my food it was cold. I also found bugs in my chicken. I don't recommend this location at all. DO NOT EAT There.

I love thier delivery take and bake breadsticks. You would think there cooked, but bam you got flour bubblegum. Bamboozled again!
