This new location is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. When they first opened, I visited the location because it's about 5 min away from where I lived. I was so excited that a Chipotle opened up to close to me. When I got there, the line was average length for 6 pm. But it took twice as long to start ordering because they were understaffed and the staffs looked like it was their first time ever picking up a serving spoon.

My second visit was last night (4/3/2018). I thought maybe by now everything should be running smoothly. I got to the place and the line was long again. This time it took even longer to start ordering than the first time AND they had double the staffs. They were chatting and making jokes at pick up orders that customers made. How do you think the customer in line feel when they hear this? They weren't even quiet about it. They were chatting as if they're hanging in their dorm room or something. On top of that, the staffs were yet again untrained and unprepared to work. They were scrambling to get everything together and looked, again, like they've never held a serving spoon before. Very very disappointed. Here is something I've never seen at any Chipotle before... I ordered steak as my protein and when she was scooping it over and across the chicken, half of the steak on the spoon trickled down, falling on everything that it passed...  what the heck... I had to tell her she should probably clean that up since some people do not eat meat/ beef...

The best part is when I finally sat down to eat.. Boom, hair in my food. This is unacceptable. Please reevaluate the staffs that are hired. They are unprofessional and unskilled. I would rather drive 20 more min to the Chipotle at Menlo Park Mall or the North Brunswick location. They always had the best service and moved quick. Third time's the charm? no, I'm never coming back here.

went in with low expectations due to the reviews, especially being a big boy that likes lots of protein. Wanted to rely on my own experience and not reviews. To my surprise, i got a full scoop and a half of chicken. Chicken was fresh and tasty, will def be back w/ the boys. Hopefully i didnt just get a lucky lady and next time will repeat itself

Compared to most Chipotles, this location is smaller than average. Given this, the line was shorter than usual, however it still took a fair amount of waiting. The food is average compared to other Chipotle locations.

i went there yesterday to try it i was shocked the portion was very very small  not even half of the normal portion in every chipotle i visited before and i ordered chicken i couldn’t find ever a trace of it in 60% empty bowl   i will NEVER go there again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
