I was giving this location another chance. And again another horrible experience today. I order online today a biwl wirh chicken. I got lettuce instead of guac. Went back again I talked to the manager explained that I have constantly getting my online orders wrong more than 50 percent at a time. Manager went to remake my order. I got guacamole but after I tried the chicken a piece of it and it tasted burnt. I look most of the other pieces of chicken and 80 percent all of it is burnt. I should just give up that location or just the whole Chipotle franchise

The worst Chipotle ever. Always run out of food. Never have sweet tea. Be careful with your online order. We just got stale chips and no guacamole, they substituted three guacs on our plate and two sides of guacs for one queso bottle. They didn’t tell us they ran out of tomatoes too. They just figured we’d get home and nothing happens. Busy or not they always have a problem being honest and supplies. Garbage and not to mention the food was so cold. It’s pretty sad that you can do this. Cancel the orders before you send this home.

service is fast. guys are amazing. food is good. only thing is tables are nasty,  drinks station always is short of drinks and dirty,  garbage cans are full smells like crazy.

Changing my review because they got a new staff.. 12/26/22 - it's night and day. Great service! For the first time in over a year the chips aren't stale!!! Food: 5/5

Ordered online and they served me old guac. Unfortunately, I did not see it until I got home. Make sure you check your order and be careful with this place!

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! This used to be my go to Chipotle location but my most recent visits have been nothing short of awful. The tables are always left dirty if no one is using them, they hardly restock the napkins and utensils, and you can see in most if not all of the employees faces that they’d rather be having their teeth pulled than be there. Every request or question is answered with an eye roll or a demeaning attitude. On Thursday I made the mistake of going again, and I have had food poisoning all weekend since. I will spare the details other than it has been a huge inconvenience for work and extremely unpleasant. I will no longer be coming to this location under any circumstances, and if you value your health I would suggest the same.

Worst Chipotle service ever.  The lady manager was super arrogant, starred screaming on me, and shushhhhing me yelling me in front of all the customers and employees. I am gonna sue this Chipotle for manager being racist towards me n my wife for being south Asian. I would never ever go to any Chipotle ever from now on even though it's one of my favorite go to places for quick bite.

I have been coming to this chipotle for years and for the past few times I’ve ordered through Uber eats  I’ve been extremely dissatisfied and disgusted so I had to go in person to see what was going on because in the in person experience and taste was always better. I I assumed wrong there service and PRESENTATION has gone way down hill wish I could have taken of picture of how these employees kept the food area and toppings, it looked like someone had a food  fight in there all the toppings were CROSS CONTAMINATED  . Along with EVERY single table inside was completely FILTHY . I’m not one to write reviews but I was in such shock I had to. this location needs a MAJOR management UPGRADE. I don’t care how busy you are that is no excuse to keep cleanliness through the ENTIRE RESTAURANT.

Good food in a Mexican style, burritos in a good portion and their bowl are good too. But in a Mexican style restaurants the spicy it's very important. They don't have many options and they also use Tabasco, so nothing special and tasty...

I’m giving one star because there is no option for zero. First of all if you have a mobile order and it gives you a time to pick up , it should be ready but it never is. Second just walking inside the restaurant you notice the trash cans are full and the trash is falling on the floor. The tables are dirty and have empty food containers on top. The floor behind the counter where the workers are standing was dirty and wet. And worst of all my order was incorrect; out of 4 different meals only one was right. By the way, the food never looks as the one in the menu pictures.
