I haven't been inside for a while and this experience was not very good. The service was very slow, they had to fry the fries. How do you run out? They should know when it is running low and get a batch ready. One of the drink machines had no ice and the other one had no drinks. There were no small lids, no straws, no napkins or any condiments for in-dining self-serve. I asked for a small lid and they gave me a child lid that didn't fit the small drinks cup. The seats were full of crumbs. Maybe it's a one time thing, but I would bet that with the worker shortage, the service had declined.
The place is nice but it's really sad how it looks abandoned! We dined in and all tables and chairs were dirty! So sad because place has clearly been remodeled and they are not taking care of it! The food was good but service was slow!Food: 4/5
Staff has improved since last visit, but management is horrendous I believe his name is Jonny. Manager has no customer service skills. Disrespectful to staff and customers. I watched him scream in a girls face. Orders are usually incorrect or missing food items They forget frosty/drinks and most sauces even though they're requested in writing via the app. Manager challenges you when you tell him something was missing from the order and swears you're wrong. I'm very patient so I tell him take your time and actually read over the order and recount those drinks, because I know what I paid for. On a previous visit I watched staff eating a frosty at the window... not really hygienic especially in this pandemic.
The service was horrible as often than not; they’re always closed to ppl wanting to eat inside. My mother is sick and unfortunately she had to get off her car twice as she thought the restaurant was opened. I highly recommend that they put a sign out so customers can know without making one step out of the car.
Ridiculous. I understand that Spanish is a very common language in south Florida but please learn English as well. If you can’t understand classic bacon egg and cheese sandwich at you drive through during breakfast, perhaps you shouldn’t be in a customer racing role. Just saying. And when someone orders a number 1 combo. Don’t ask if they want just the sandwich. They just told you. Pay attention. Terrible customer service. Doesn’t help that their breakfast food tastes like plastic.
The food was good, however the dinning was bad. There was not ice in the soda machine, no napkins or ketchup. The trash can was full and a employee walk by pick up the trays next to it and did not do anything about it.
Very slow service cashiers was wondering around, she looked twice over to the line of customers and just looked away. A customer had to say something out loud for her to come take the order.Food: 4/5
Observed the night manager on 1/21/23 He didn’t use gloves while working the sandwich station and touching all the food. Definitely a food safety violation.
The breakfast sandwiches are tasteful, yet the potato wedges are terrible. The seasoning is not right. I should know I'm a franchisee investor for Popeyes and Checkers for over 40 years or so. Wheelchair accessibility: The parking is a little confusing to get into.
Complete as5. Walk in, no cashier and they refuse to serve and looking into the kitchen it’s like headless chickens trying find food while maintaining a conversation of how their kids are getting jobs in furniture stores. I just wanted food. Peak afternoon and with 14 people in the kitchen with super slow speed on fast food both dine in and drive through is actually wild. You’d think grown adults should be able to know how to cook, if teens could, how come adults take longer? Pros: - 15m later you’ll get your food Cons: - Besides the dude at the cashier doing me a solid, the rest of the experience is as5 I’d rate this location with the current staff... 3.5/10 Let this sink in...
