It's never a fun experience at a restaurant when you see that you get served the "bottom" of the bins. It felt like we were getting the scraps of what had been sitting all day in the pans, instead of getting nice, fresh food. The tables were dirty, and the overall feel of the restaurant is dark and dingy. This is not the same quality of other Chipotle establishments. Look elsewhere for your burrito fix.

Two stars because the staff is nice, which makes me feel bad for saying the negatives... my orders are almost never right. Very consistently over the two years we have gone here, the bill is incorrect (either too little or too much charged), online orders are wrong 9 times out of 10, kids meals items are left out (they do come with drinks and chips or fruit included, but they never offer - we always have to remind them every time after they have already moved on to the next customer). We have started going to the Q'doba in Bryn Mawr more often than not.

This location used to be better. Good prices, food quality is usually good, but service has declined and restaurant cleanliness has also declined. I once waited 8 minutes to pick up an online order that was just sitting there one day. Many of the staff are rude or not attentive, not amiable (ever). Cleanliness is hit or miss, some days they seem to pull it together. One time my buddy drove out to have lunch and had to wait 20 minutes to get his food after we already had ours (and half finished it while waiting) because they ran out of something. Overall this place is hit or miss, but never a full hit. I'll just go to one of the other taco places nearby for now on, kind of sick of this dreary atmosphere. Or the Chipotle at Gateway perhaps.

Of reasonable quality, service level was average. What I dislike is that there is a someone sweeping the floor (with a broom) while I was having my meal. The dust could have flew up and contaminated the food. I would suggest they use some other tool to do their regular sweeping.

Worst burrito I've ever eaten. The chipotle in Plymouth Meeting is a million times better.
