I can not begin to tell you how rude and disrespectful the staff is! I have been going to see Dr Parker there for years and it was pleasant, they used to be a small non corporate medical facility, as soon as they were consumed by Centura patients became cattle! It takes forever to get a simple prescription refill it a question answered because the receptionists are to lazy to take a couple steps on patients behalf! It is unfortunate that I can not rate the staff without the doctor being reviewed also. If you don't mind being ignored, down talked, talked over and disrespected by the reception and staff, Dr Parker is an amazing physician. However I'll be finding a new primary care...

Won’t see my husband with multiple sclerosis because he may need pain meds. Never does he ask for pain meds but because it’s a chronic illness which may need pain meds they refused to see him. The appointment setting was very rude. Never again!

Worst primary care I've ever been at.
The forgot to send my medication over the weekend.

At one occasion they forgot I was in the waiting room, I waited for the "Doctor" for about an hour, nobody showed up.

The only thing that keeps me coming here is my doctor is wonderful. Don't expect anything you need from them to be done the same day or week even. Slow on getting anything done and you have to keep calling them. Front desk staff usually has at least one person who is snotty to patients too. Its sad to see this place get worse and worse.
