The staff is awesome, they got me in quick and we're very understanding of my anxiety and helped me out and made me comfortable! Did not take long to get results! And then I was out the door! I would recommend them!

Absolute horrible service. At an E.R, they're supposed to help you. If you are suffering from some ailments, these people are supposed to help you and then let you be on your way. Tonight on March 23, 2017. My mother recived the absolute worst treatment. The M.D that went by the name Raeburn, gave my mother a prescription that she had already had. This doctor had known that she had said prescription. When we went to tell this doctor that she had given my mother a prescription she already had, Raeburn was not there. She was helping another patient. We asked to talk to Raeburn and instead, they had sent a heavy white woman by the name of Rachel. When Rachel walked outside of the glass sliding door, she had flipped her badge around to where you could not see her name. She was throwing attitude the second she started talking and was looking my mother up and down as if she was an animal at the zoo. My mother very calmly asked why the doctor had given her a prescription she already has. Rachel instantly raised her voice, and began to tell my mother that she would not give her any pain medication or narcotics. My mother never asked for narcotics or pain pills. This heavier woman walked into the back, after yelling across the room to see if my mother was checking back in, and proceeded to call the police. Me and my mother asked the woman in the red scrubs, who was very nice, to get the name of this nurse. As me and my mother sat down, a police officer walked in and immediately began to yell and question us while he had his hand on his gun. I'm not sure what this Rachel girl told the authorities, but what ever it was, was not true. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

Staff was very nice ,but sat there for 4 hours and was bill $12,000.00 for an emergency room cost.
