Kristen is a head case! She really has her patients fooled by thinking she has their best interest in mind. My husband was going to see her and he wanted me to be involved to make sure everything was getting covered during his visits with her. They had an appointment scheduled at 8:00 and he was going to call me so I could be part of the conversation. Kristen showed up 30 mins late (the staff even asked my husband if he wanted to see someone else, that should have been a hint). By then I was taking my son to his first day of preschool so I was unavailable to talk. Kristen suggested that I give her a call later. I called back and left a message to have her call me back. She calls me back and acts like I am completely intruding on her and her precious time. The conversation was very awkward and one sided and you could tell she did not want to be talking to me. I felt very uncomfortable talking to her as it is, I have never met the lady and I was trying to be open about issues with her about my husband. After all, that is why he is going to see her in the first place is to get help. All the things that I brought up she acted like she had no recollection of and made my husband seem like a liar. Keep in mind he just saw her a couple hours prior to that and addressed those concerns with her then. Isn't that why you take notes in the first place?? Then she puts him back on a medication that made him very agitative in the past. When I addressed that with her she told me that if he has the same reaction to the medication I need to call her (as if she is so easy to call and address issues with in the first place) and hangs up on me. Me and my kids are the one who is affected by the outcome of her choice of medication so therefore I should have a say in what she is prescribing my husband. She doesn't care! Unless you are paying her you have no say and she doesn't have time for you! After our conversation I honestly thought I was talking to someone else and not Kristen. My husband talked very highly of her and trusted her opinion. After I told him how our conversation went he was shocked and angry that she made him look like a liar.

Update: I met with Dr Morley since posting the original review. The experience only reinforced my views of the practice. My meeting g with him actually induced anxiety. I've never felt less respected or cared for. I feel like a customer, not a patient. The Inverness staff don't know my name after a year. Most concerning is that even after a year of consistent visits they refused to accommodate an emergency appointment. I was told I had to wait two weeks and I was never able to speak directly with my PA. This is after I explained my job performance and sleep were being affected. It's an absolutely horrible feeling to find that you cannot count on your mental health provider when you need them most.

These doctors are generally knowledgeable but are medication pushers. I would like to know what is going on with my son rather than what meds he should be on. I am concerned for him and want to get him help and therapy, but therapy hasn't even been mentioned.
