I have went to Thornton Medical for over 34 years & have loved the doctors & staff over the years.  I had never had one single problem with them until the last 2 - 4 years since SCL bought them out. 
Since SCL has taken over I feel that the care from the doctors have went down hill. I have had nothing but problems with them bill coding my care for the last 2 years. It takes months for anyone to do anything about your bill being wrong but they sure can call all the time about that $20 bill.
After all this time of being loyal to this Doctors office, I have had it with the way I am treated & finding a new Dr.!!

DO NOT call after hours they are very rude and could careless if you were dying. The front desk has two people who are nice to talk to the rest are cranky and do not follow HIPPA they talk about patients and how annoying they are.

Horrible attitude at front desk. Unhelpful and rude. Seen them do it to other patients and as soon as the patients leave they start talking about them. Very unprofessional. Stay away from this place if ya know whats good for ya. They dont even care about people just money... Sad to say but this place should be shut down.

the absolute worst ever. and the doctors are rude. always behind schedule and make yoj wait for hours in back. always try and make you go to their walk in clinic too. they cut off my care mid treatment because i argied with the head lady because they cancelled my appointment because i was in line and 3 minutes late... i cant make this stuff up people.

My family and I have been using this facility for years (before they moved locations) and have always received the best possible care. I recommend them to everyone.
