We had a birthday party for my kid here after needing to switch locations due to a shooting incident at the Brandon location. The staff were amazing, accommodating, attentive & made this such a pleasant experience. Our servers name was nesha she was awesome! And what I expected to be a stressful event, turned out to be so easy, fun, and the kids absolutely loved it. So did the adults! Highly recommend this location for parties.
Although it's not the same Chuck E Cheese as when I was a child, the little ones still loved it. It's a shame they got rid of the animatronics since this was one of the best parts of the experience! The pizza was as good as ever though and the staff thoughtful and attentive. Would go back again.
Clean quick service fun games i like that it had one main entrance that was somewhat barricaded so it was easy to keep track of the kids Kid-friendliness: Had A good variety of games for all ages Parking: Parking in the shopping plaza lot in front of the business

Had a great birthday experience for our best friends 5 yr. Old... Tony the floor man was great on keeping the party going .The pizza was plentiful the atmosphere was high energy for all the children having a great time... And enjoyed that it had good security...Food: 4/5
We had a great time for my son's birthday party. Part of the awesomeness was choosing a weekday in the early afternoon, so we basically had the entire location to ourselves. There were no other parties, so we were able to spread out and the kids were able to get a lot of attention and time with Chuck E. Windsor was a great party host and took fantastic care of us. He was always right there when we needed him, but he also was aware to hover in the background to let the party happen. I was very happy he was the one taking care of us
Pizza here is great! Atmosphere is wonderful, full of joy and of course is a great place for kids. However the customer service couple of guys at the front desk not good at all, maybe they forget they're in a place made for kids.Food: 5/5
First off I hate coming here it’s always full of games that don’t work and parents who don’t watch their kids with parents who reek of smoke. So I look forward to staff acting like they have sense and manners . But no, this review is about the Caucasian staff member behind the counter handing out prizes …customer service 101 greet customers when you approach them. She literally walked up to my son and put her hand out requesting his card without saying anything to only tell us the amount on the card as if a card reader isn’t directly infront of us all. Then had the nerve to be rude the entire time handing out gifts. I’m so big on manners and professionalism . Chuck E. Cheese teach your employees proper etiquette . Just because most of your customers are rude don’t fall down with them . Create that environment.
It was the perfect time of day, and the weekend to have my grandsons party, we almost had the place to ourselves. The kids had a blast running and playing. Many laughs by everyone!
Always fun. I miss the tickets as a kid, but it's still a fun family experience. Kid-friendliness: Kids of all ages can have fun and meet chucky! Dietary restrictions: Awesome Salad bar!
