First off, this place is now called "Northdale Pizza New York Style" - and it's the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I'm not sure if this business is changing its name or what, but I see it listed as "Marco" and also as "The Pizza Grill House".  My boyfriend and I ordered from there last night  and we are both in the food service industry. It took 1 1/2 hours to get the pizza! We ordered at 5:45 and we were told it would be 30-45 minutes. We ordered 20 wings and got 15! We called back to complain and we were ask very rudely "do you want us to bring you 5 more wings?". Unacceptable! We asked to speak to the manager, "Jay" and we were told he was "doing deliveries".  We called back and asked that the manager contact us directly when he was finished. And he never did. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIZZA PARLOR!!! The pizza was cold and they miscounted the wings and did not even care enough to try to fix an upset customer like any other business in America would have done. i'm not one to purposefully go out and write extremely negative reviews, but this particular business DESERVES TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Every single time I try and make a delivery order they always call me back and say they cant do it. The hours say you are a 24/7 delivery and that you close at 10:45. So why is it when I place my order grub hub calls me back and says they will give me a refund? Their response was they just closed. False advertising...Thank you so much for the horrible service.Stop lying about your hours.I really appreciate it, never ordering from here again.

I am not impressed by northdales pizza I have had way better new york style pizza. it tasted like everything thats fried is fried in weeks old grease.
