Saturday January 6, 2018 around 8:30 PM, my family and I stopped by to order dinner through the drive through and never did I imagine receiving the horrible service we received! We get to the drive thru and the lady on the speaker is laughing at something and trying to take our order at the same time. She asked us what we wanted and because of her horse playing in the back she kept asking "What?" "What do you want?" we repeated the order and the sides we wanted about 10 times and she still kept asking "what sides do you want?" So finally, we decided to drive up to the window. When we pull up to the window, one lady was holding a phone in her hand showing the other two something on her phone, they were laughing, while they all turned and saw us at the window. We were at the window for a few minutes, and they acknowledge we were there but none of them came to the window. I would understand if they were busy but the only customer they had was a man who was inside and no one ahead of us on the drive thru. Finally we got tired of waiting for them to come to the window and we park and get off to finally get our order. As soon as we walk in NEREYDA was completely rude and says "We already have your order, we just need to know the last side you wanted." We explained to her that we had to get off because no one was paying attention to us at the drive thru, she said it was not true but we explained that we repeated ourselves several times and that if she didn't know what the last side was it was because she was not paying attention to what we were saying. She finally gave us our order we paid and I was able to get her and LUPITA's name. I asked her to give me the name of the lady that was in the back but she refused, she asked what i wanted it for and I told her I was going to call and complain about the service. Very sarcastically and rude she giggled and said for what? These managers and owners aren't gonna do anything to us! I told her that it didn't matter but that as long as they know what type of employees they were. And she giggled and said she didn't care. I took a look at the dinning room, not one guest inside or at the drive thru and the dinning room did not look presentable, the tables were dirty, I would not eat at a restaurant that dirty. These employee's do not respect the Church's clients or their supervisors. Again the names of the employees are NEREYDA and LUPITA, and the third one I did not get the name for, NEREYDA refused to give me name.

Haven't been here in years due to service. Sadly, nothing has changed. Customer service didn't exist & chicken was old. They get 2 stars because bombers & fries were good. Not going back.

Waited in drive thru. For 30 mins, chicken was old and salty ... customer service was terrible

I was in the drive thru at least 10 min , after getting to the window service was fast

Because one piece was hot and one wasn't... that made it ok... and my fires was ok not hot but warm....
