I went through the drive through about 5 minutes ago. The boy took my order over the speaker and then when I got to the window asked me to repeat my order. Even after all of this my order was still NOT RIGHT. I ordered popcorn shrimp meal with rice and the $5 big box with rice and okra, the boy proceeded to ask if I wanted spicy or regular chicken, I said regular. What I got was the popcorn shrimp meal with rice and a drink, then it came to the $5 big box, chicken so spicy I couldn't eat it and fries instead of rice. Not only that the fries and okra were not in their packages and all over the top of the box with the chicken in it! Not to mention it took you 5 minutes, just to get it together. SOLUTIONS..... 1)If you can't hear them through the drive through speaker, do not make someone repeat their order ask them to pull forward and then take their order. 2) LISTEN to what the customer wants, then ask if they want to add an apple pie!! I WOULDN'T BE SO UPSET IF THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN ALL OF THE TIME... IT'S NOT JUST YOU CHURCH'S, IT'S EVERY FAST FOOD PLACE AROUND.... Your best bet, is to get your employees to pull their heads out of their assess!!! FED UP WITH ORDERING WHAT I WANT, PAYING FOR IT AND NOT GETTING WHAT I ORDERED!! FROM NOW ON, I'LL COOK MY IN F****** CHICKEN, BURGER, TACO, WHATEVER SO I KNOW I'M GETTING WHAT I PAY FOR!!! FAST FOOD-- YOU SUCK!!

I agree with the empty jalapenos, this ladies do more talking than cooking good food...mash potatoes cold, cole slaw frozen, we need better service and food ....👎

This food was absolutely disgusting! My sister and I came together and both felt nauseous for hours after consuming this horrible meal. I ordered stuffed jalapenos, and they were literally empty--just fried shells. The chicken seemed to be old and re-fried. My sweet tea was warm and had only a few pieces of ice in it. This was not my first bad experience with a Church's Chicken, but it will be my last. I will never purchase from this restaurant chain again.
