I have always been a big fan of Local Foods and my experience today just confirmed my love for the restaurant. The space is so bright and open! It is such a wonderful addition to Main street. The food is, as always, fresh and delicious. I had the Arugula Shrimp salad and loved it! I look forward to being able to walk to Local Foods for lunch as often as possible.

We were pretty impressed with this place. The food appears to be healthy. Comfortable seating inside. Order from the counter and then a server delivers the food to your table. Ice water is free.

I'm a fan of the Local Foods restaurants and this location is not the exception. Great customer service, chic & modern decor, and the quality of that food is excellent (semi seasonal menu). The Chicken Pozole soup has a little kick of spicy and the crunchy chicken is delicious, also they have gluten free options for their sandwiches or if you prefer they can make them into a salad too.

All Natural and local eatery in Downtown Houston. I was in town for Houston Marathon and saw this place. Great atmosphere and great food. I got the "crunchy" chicken on baked pretzel bread. It was delicious. And loved it!

Open fairly late during the week. Not many dinner options downtown, so that's a plus. The space itself is really well done, with a variety of seating options for large and small groups. Everything on the menu is really good, and doesn't leave you feeling all farty and bloated, like a foamy latte.
