Thank you, Olive Garden! The manager Tim brought out a special dessert for me for free during my VCU Biology graduation dinner. It was awesome! Our waiter Sherman was very attentive and quick. The food was delicious! It was the best dining experience I've ever had!

Super food and great service. Never have to wait long for a table. The salad is always very fresh and abundant. The bread sticks , um. If you like Italian food and have not tried Olive Garden, you should! Mama Mia!

Olive garden is a staple for chain Italian food restaurants. I do like their menu but some items are a bit too greasy in my opinion. Staff is nice and the wait is not usually more than 10 minutes

They said a 20 minute wait so my husband and I sat at the bar. We were told it was full service so we sat there- looking at a menu for 15 minutes waiting for the guy to come take our order. I ordered the steak medium rare. The server asked me to cut into it to make sure it was okay. Great! As I cut into it he turns and goes off doing something else. Doesn't even ask. Had to flag him back. It came out looking like they had knocked the horns off and wipe it's ass. So I sent it back to the kitchen to be cooked a bit more. About 10-12 minutes later our server comes over and said he'll check on my dinner. By now my husband has finished his meal, a second beer and is ready to go home. My dinner is finally delivered to me by someone other than our server. I'm assuming this must be the cook. He gives me his name but it means nothing. I'm ready to get out of here. The steak has been cooked again. But it looks like the pasta and vegetables had been cooking under the heat lamp for the last 15 minutes. The cook, Whatshisname, leaves and we ask our server for a box. Then we have to ask for the check. You would think take-out boxes and checks would go hand in hand. He brings the check but wait, no mints! That does it. He has forced me to call a manager. I explain everything to this man and he offers me a gift card. I told him no thank you. I won't be icoming back here again. He asked how he could make things better... I walked out with my mints.

Staff seem to be all over the place and but very focused on guests. Bar seemed like it was also being used for storage. You could see stuff all over the place. Bar area could definitely use some updating. Cocktail was good and food was okay. Had two bowls of soup and both were just warm. The salad seemed to be missing the dressing.
