I gave our server a bigger tip than I’ve ever given anyone due to her super friendly attitude, attentiveness, and the fact that she offered to box up our to go food, extra salad and bread sticks etc... The food was also amazing as always. They had lunch specials that were new to me and a great deal, especially for the quality of food you’re receiving. I will most definitely make this one of my more regular restaurants to come to after this experience. I wish I could remember our waitresses name.

We used to love Olive garden but stopped going when my wife stopped eating pasta. Met an old friend there for lunch recently. My wife was pleasantly surprised when she ordered her favorite eggplant parmesan for lunch. She got the sandwich (without the bread) and was able to substitute veggies as a side instead of fries. Great meal at a great price. We will be back sooner next time.

Just a tip about servers. A server can take a lower rating higher. The Olive Garden in Short Pump has one of the greatest servers I've ever seen, and I'm 72 year old. His name is Rashaad. He goes out of the normal realm of server to make your visit great. The food usually is great. The time to receive your order is good too. I would recommend this location for a good experience.

This is the restaurant equivalent of a "one size fits all" garment. Bring your date, grandparents, kids, anyone...but not a business prospect you want to impress. Look for coupons and specials before you go. They have a "create your own" option that comes in handy so you can make vegans, picky eaters, or your mother in law find their own version of happiness.

Arrived today, Saturday, and waited for well over the 20 min time frame they gave us. When seated, our waitress came over took our drink order and came back and basically threw everyone their drink, took our order and then brought salad and bread. Once our food arrived by another server, she didn’t come to ask how it was. They serves the monserella sticks without any sauce and they were not even cooked. Our server was so busy waiting on other parties that she didn’t even check on us. My husband asked for another beer and it took her about 10 minutes to bring to us. Once she passed by to light the candle for the birthday party I told her it needed to be fixed. She came back and said she would have the manager take it off the bill. Well she didn’t. I will never come back. Poor service and don’t tell someone you’re going to do something and not do it.
