Not sure about the negative reviews but came here today with my friend and service was excellent. My mom and younger brother come to eat here often. Price is cheap and quality is good. Returned here after not being here in 6 1/2 years. Will definitely be back. Can get busy at times but that is understandable for a very busy business like Cicis. Not the healthiest food choice but sure tastes great. Have a good salad bar so at least that is a healthy food choice. :)

The manager hands down is extremely the nicest guy I've ever come across. He greets you when you come in and when you leave. He is constantly cleaning the bar area and making sure food isn't all over the place. For his customer service he gets 5 stars !! For a buffet it was pretty tasty!! I would have liked more pizza choices to choose from but overall I would visit again.

Came here a week ago and tried it for the very first time and for sure it won't be the last one. fresh Pizza and whenever the pizza is finished they replace it immediately and they provide variety of pizza options and the salads looks so fresh and the sauce taste good. friendly staff and clean eating area.

The food is pretty consistent and tastes great. Service is pretty fast at the register so you don't have to worry about getting hungry while waiting at the register. The staff is also kind when you ask for a particular pizza to be made. One of my personal favorites at Cici's is the spinach pizza.

Love taking the grandkids there! The young lady, Lera, is the best! She is sweet, helpful , and goes out of her way to get what you need. Will definitely be going back soon.
