The pizza was bad the workers were not friendly and sat on the counters where food goes very unsatisfied
The drinks had a horrible taste I would bet it was the ice, probably needs to be cleaned. It took 45 mins to get pizza. The manager was very ride to us. I would never come here again. Not to mention everything was dirty. I had to get baby wipes and clean the table and the parm container it was disgusting.
Had a great time eating at Cici's. We came during a rush, but there was no long wait when placing our orders. The restaurant has a colorful energetic decor with plenty of seating space and great arrangements to enjoy your meal with your family. The staff were all polite and very helpful, but I want to give special recognition to the pizza presario Mike. He kept the buffet stocked with all the Cicis classics and favorites, as well as took the time to cater to special requests from the dining floor. He operated very professionally and efficiently, and it was obvious he took pride in his work, which made eating it that much more enjoyable. Definitely reccomend a visit.
Ordered for pickup, arrived on time, and the pizza was not ok! I’m sad I didn’t check it until I got back to the house but this is the skimpiest cheese pizza I’ve ever seen! Also they give you barely any ranch so don’t overpay for those tiny cups, check the pic for reference!
I like the new remodel. It's very colorful. The pizza is still great. I had the pepperoni regular and deep dish. There we some with vegetables and Canadian bacon. The pineapple pizza looked good. My favorite for dessert is the Bavarian apple crisp pizza. So good! Other dessert options are brownies and cinnamon rolls. There is an arcade for the kids. Customer service was really good. They are constantly removing used plates from your table, so they don't pile up.
I have been going for a long time to eat. But I am about to stop. I was wanting a barbecue pizza that was not on the buffet but only thing was to get a personal size which I can't eat whole thing so I asked if I could have box for my other 2 pieces and they said I have pay for the box for 2 pieces . I am sorry I don't think I should have pay for a box for 2 pieces. I just don't understand way people are these days. Especially I go ones to twice a week and still can't even get a box for 2 pieces of pizza. Oh well how it is not happy.
Great pizza! Everything was clean and love that they play Christian music on the radio.
All the pizzas had pepperoni and when I asked for something without was told they have a standard and that is it. The staff was rude and spent more time on phone then customer service!!Food: 1/5
Management was VERY RUDE!!! Gave me the wrong wings and when I called back said I had to order bone in wings in order to get them. THE WINGS WAS NASTY AND HE WOULDN'T REFUND OR RECOOK THEM
