Ordered delivery at 6:30PM for Daughter/Daddy night which happens as close to NEVER as you can get. It’s now 8:00 and all agents tell me our order is on the way yet it’s been 1 1/2 hours and no one can be reached at the store. I of course paid online so I tried to get a refund but they said only those employees at the store could do that so they transferred me to the store which for the 13th time of course didn’t answer. This is terrible!!!

Wheres my extra Ingredients!! I usually always order here this time I ordered for to go delivery a Hawaiian chicken that comes with chicken, Ham, green, bell peppers, pineapples. I added jalapenos and bacon to that. Of course got the extra charge  And received my pizza with no jalapenos, no bacon, and no ham. Delivery driver said it would get credited back and I called the store to make sure that it did been on the phone 15 minutes with no answer. Can I get an answer back?

Once again I didnt recieve my items I ordered and paid for. Called for a delivery pizza, cheesesticks and 2-liter Dr.Pepper. They sent a Door Dash driver. I could see as she walked up she didnt have my drink. I opened the door as she walked away and asked for my drink she said "they didn't give me one."  I guess the concept of checking an order before you leave the restaurant is an alien idea to door dashers now. So I called the restaurant at 733 Shreveport Barksdale Rd in Shreveport LA and the female that answered the phone claimed they gave the drink to the dasher. She started complaining to me about dashers and I reminded her I wasnt interested in excuses. I just want my 2 liter Dr Pepper that I ordered and PAID FOR! She blew me off. Never got my Dr. Pepper.

PH 733 Sport B'ksdl hwy. After an hour I called. Young lady said Dasher never came. I asked her to call she said she didn't have a number! I googled and found a number!! I called Door Dash never got the order. I called Pizza Hut back and asked her to resend my order. She couldn't vuz they were closed at 6pm they dknt close till 11 but she was alone there. She should have contacted Door Dash again especially after me asking TWICE and not closed until the last order left. Honestly if it were me and I were leaving for the night I prob would have dropped the pizza off myself. But I don't expect that. I do expect them to fond out what the issue is especially after me calling. I won't order from that store again.

Delivery was dropped off at another house. Food was ice cold and the only reason I got it was because my neighbor looked at the receipt because they didn't order anything and they delivered it to my house and actually rang the doorbell.

Waiting bon someone to help me for 30 minutes I ordered bmy food online for pickup no one is here if someone who works here sees this help your customers please

Made an order for delivery. No delivery...nofood...no call... You better not charge my card for the 96 dollars and change! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!

Ordered at 6pm. It's 9pm and the pizza is still not here. Avoid this place like the black plague

If I could give a megative star rating I would! Ordered spicy pepperoni pizza specialty pizza and when I picked it up amd brought it home it was not what I ordered. When I called the location to tell them it was wrong g they said they knew because they were out of the ingredients to make it so they just made a pepperoni pizza with jalape o peppers instead. So here are the options they gave me - drive back up to the store so they could inspect that o had not eaten any of the pizza and then they would refund my money or o could keep the pizza and they could issue me a credit to be used on a future order. Neither were co venient nor customer friendly. I have never been a fan of our local Pizza Hut but since they got a new location I was willing to give them a try. I will never order from Pizza Hut as long as I live!

The crust on my 3 toppings, hand tossed, medium pizza, was soggy in the center. Got to do better!
