Almost two hours for a medium pizza and drink. Pizza was crusty and dry. The dough was stale. Too much sauce in some spots. And uneven cheese coverage with very little toppings. Seemed lazy and definitely subpar. Like just about every place else in Shreveport.Food: 1/5
I would give 0 stars if I could and still be able to make a review. The papa johns at 9225 MANSFIELD RD.!!!!! Is by far the worst place you could order a pizza from. Management Manager DERRICK is literally awful. Why are you working? as a manager at that, at this place you’re clearly miserable at? He was so rude for no reason. I called to report my issues to the store and he did not greet me with a "how may I assist you" he said "what's wrong with you?" As if I'm the problem in this situation. I told him my issues with this order and he had a smart comeback for everything I said. There is a thumb print in my pizza. He said "it's not a thumb print, it's a cheese bubble" a cheese bubble does not go all the way to the crust. I told him it looked like somebody put my pepper in their mouth, chewed it and spit it out. He said "that's the way they come sometimes" I DONT CARE if that's the way "they come" don't put that in my box! Throw it away. The other two were the size of quarters. My pizza wasn't cut, so we had to cut it ourselves. My cheesesticks were missing a topping. He said "my bad I didn't see it" his tone was rude and his attitude was just over all terrible. Food wasn’t up to par and the problem was not resolved. Customer service from this MANAGER is a 0/10
A very good “friend” of mine is a manager up there and it’s def the nicest one in the Shreveport/Bossier area! PLUS I love the New York style pizzas with the big fluffy breadstick like crust!
The pizza hasn't lived up to wut it used to be. I used to choose Papa John's hands down among other pizzas. But, here lately it hasn't met expectations. It's mediocre at best. It's not the recipe, perhaps it's the pizza makers, who use to take pride in making the pizza the best. I hope they get back to the old days!Food: 3/5
You would think with as many people ordering out, a company like Papa John’s would be prepared. I ordered my food at 11:06 and received it at 12:36. The delivery driver was by no means cordial! My food was room temperature at best! Will NOT ORDER from this location again!
Second time I have had an issue lately. This time system took my order, money, and sent confirmation. After an hour and a half I call only to hear the person tell me there was an issue and they opened late so I could expect my money back in 1-5 business days. When I got upset he started rattling off the 800#, I don't want to call I want my order. l advised the automated system told me it would be ready in 20 mins, then he asks ny name and tells me oh its been completed I can have it to you in inhalfanhour. It finally got here.Not bad, was accurate, just frustrating .
Pizza was gross this time for some reason. Just no flavor. Then they forgot my wings. When I called they said they had no delivery drivers available at this time so I requested a refund. They said they couldn't refund a partial order but could offer 50% off my next order or free wings next time. I said cool. But then I was told I had to make the order within the next week to get the discount. I don't eat pizza several times a week so I that won't work. Why am I given a time frame so short? So now I'm waiting on the manager to bring some wings I don't even want.
Don't let it cool.... it tastes like card board... you have to Eat it while it's hot
Dont waste your money. The cheeseburger papadia has hardly no meat... just pickles, bread and cheese with a half a cup of sauce.
At first, everything was okay. Unfortunately I ordered chicken wings, didn't really care for them as much as Dominos, but ate them anyway. I was the only one who ate them. Guess what. After being extremely sick, had to go to the hospital to stop vomiting and get ivs to rehydrate. I got salmonella! Wont be eating chicken for a long time!
