Poor, poor customer service!! Was not greeted, stood at the counter for at least 15 minutes before someone took out order. The Food tasted good, but had no condiments and all the drinks in the fountain pored out either water or didnt work at all. Although there were several workers at the counter, no one spoke when we left. We will not be back!
It has been over 2 hours since I ordered my pizza. I still await the arrival of the Big New York-style pizza. I am growing tired of the poor quality and customer service that we the consumer are experiencing post-pandemic. Does anyone value their job anymore? Are all the government assistance via stimulus and illegal PPP loans enough? All I want is a fresh hot pizza delivered to me in a timely manner. Is that too much to ask for? It arrived 3 hours later and yes!!!! It was cold Great job Pizza Hut...is that what you guys mean about no one out pizza the Hut? Smh
The worst location to go to. Ordered pizza at 5:30 they said it would be ready in 20 mins. Went to pic it up it wasn’t ready. The girl at the window told me to pull up. I waited there 20 mins and they never came out. I called them and told the lady what was going on she just sat the phone down and never came back. I called back and they hung up on me. I had several small kids with me so I didn’t want to go inside with all them. I called my husband and told him to try calling them and they hung up on him several times. My pizzas had already been paid for and they were not going to give me my order. My husband had to leave work and go up there. The pizzas were never made. They made the pizzas when he complained to the manager after about 2 hours of waiting. The employees are rude and do not care. We are done with this location.

Got my order wrong twice, then refused to give refund. The driver damaged property and did not tell us. We saw it on security footage later
Went inside to oder dine in. Employees were very noisy and a little rude. Fountain drink was out and they would not fill one at the drive threw for you. ,so I had to buy a over priced bottle drink. When pizza was ready they ,it came in a box. They never put my oder in as dine in.i asked for crush peppers, was told I had to buy them mow. Any other fast food in the world give you your condiments. I ate my pizza and the more I ate the worst I felt. Stomach was cramping bad. Went to Dr. And was told I had food poisoning. Only place I ate that day was pizza hut. I will never return to any pizza hut again after eating at this one.
This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ordered from, and I travel allot.. I waited over an hour, and never got my order.. I was staying about 2 miles from this pizza hut, yet they couldn't deliver my pizza in a timely manner?.. I called the restaurant, and they told me "your pizza is still here, we don't have any drivers, do you want to come pick it up?".. like really?.. corporate needs to come down and clean house.. Pizza Hut's reputation is at stake here.
I had a bad feeling about THIS particular location. We always order from King's Hwy, but for some reason, it wasn't reachable. So, we settled for this location on Bert Kouns. We've always had problems. Either the service was poor or the product wasn't as good as other locations. I did an errand for my mother who ordered two pizzas and a Pepsi. By the time I got there, the lady at the window said they were out of Pepsi and tried to offer me other options. Another lady came to the window to repeat what the other lady had said, claiming they had ran out since the previous night. If that's the case, why wasn't the order double-checked before telling me this at the very last minute? I knew there weren't any other options to choose from becuase for one, my mother is very particular with what she likes, and two, that was what she originally ordered, not the other options. I asked for a refund. This became a whole ordeal for like almost 10 minutes. A very dry young man with dreadlocks came to the window with no professional or greeting manner. He looked very irritated or as if he just woke up from a hangover. He asked what the problem was and assisted. He handed me a slip to fill out my information and then handed me 2 $1 bills. The refund read $2.17, so where was the rest of the refund? The guy didn't say anything else. I had to ask if that was it. He shook his head. It's only $2, yes, but the point was there was no apology, no type of motivation to make the order right. I tried to do a Tellpizzahut survey butt here was no code at the bottom in order for me to initiate that. That guy was so pitiful... This location really sucks and it sounds like they need a whole need crew or some kind of change of culture becuase we've shunned from this location for a couple of years now, and it's STILL a problem.
Just got pizza from here and Kastopica help me out! She was so nice! Ran in just not knowing what I wanted at all or need for about 15 people and she was awesome!
Very disappointed. Slow service and didn't deliver the full order. What was delivered was a hot mess.
