I WAS ASSAULTED BY THE CASHIER!The cashier started yelling at me for looking at the beer cooler… while I explained I was simply looking to by time as my girlfriend was talking to someone. The cashier begins to yell at me again and asked him what his problem was as I explain I was just looking and he smiled. Took my two cans of Red Bull and told me to leave them when I turned around in amazement to look at my girlfriend he shoved me. I will be filling assault charges on this cashier and suing. Was at 2:00 am on Sunday November 13th 2022
Walked there from 15th Ave. Sign on door says closed. Wednesday Sept 28th. Between midnight and 1am. Homeless guy who hangs out in front of door explained she just sits in her car with store closed. Then a guy walks up and says is she closed again. Walks over to her car and talks to her after she opens doors and yells to him. Waited 30 minutes and walked back.
If i could leave negative stars I would, this place is a joke. All of the pump card readers don't work, you have to go inside to pre-pay for gas and to get there you have to wade through a bunch of homeless people making camp on their front step and the gangsters hanging by the front door. Then tonight was my last straw with this place, I paid for my gas and walked back out to pump it only to have the pump not work and there be so many people holding up the line inside I couldn't even speak to the cashier about getting a refund.
Was at circle k,, getting gas and chips, the pump I was going to use still had the previous persons amount on it the employee had not entered my purchase yet, due to here incompetence they blamed me for taking to long and timed out, saying it could take 2, 3 days to get my money back.now I'm out 20.00, cause I lost out on my first 10.00, after being told I could go else where to get gas, having to pay for gas at another store. These two employees should be fired for incompetence on the first one who didn't enter my purchase correctly, the second one for failing to make sure customer satisfaction was performed, instead of blaming ythe customer gfor taking to long to pump their gas. Time limits to pump your gas should be outlawed. Customer satisfaction should always come first, not the first to be blamed.
Tonight someone decided to block all the card readers on the pumps! Cannot get gas at this gas station, please close this gas station. Have lived in colorado my whole life and everyone, even hours outside of denver, knows this place is a P.O.S. and to go to any other gas station around it.
Why hasn’t this place shut down yet? I purchased gas here and they refused to let me use the restroom, woman behind the counter was extremely rude and just said “bathrooms are closed” what a trashy place and a garbage person.
Went yesterday to get ramen and change for laundry. Mike the night employee point ed out the ramen and suggested the best flavorchicken obviously. After that he showed me how to get fresh hot water from the coffee machine. Also he told and showed me that he cleans the coffee machine every night he's on shift. Just all a great place and the best employee to talk to.
I would not go here if you are of color. They are extremely racist here and extremely rude. I waited in line for over 20 minutes before being told to go to the end of the line. I needed to grab my ID from my car which was at the front door entrance and was rudely told that they will assist the white customers before getting to me. I will never be shopping here again even if my car is going to die from no gas
There’s air here- costs 2$. After i paid the 2$ I realized someone stole the adapter so can’t pump up my tire
charged me an extra $10 for gas i didn’t pay for? then when i asked the clerk she said it was pending and would be refunded in 40 minutes…. i’ve been buying gas for 10 years and that’s the first I’ve heard of that. 24 hours later and still no refund.. where did my $10 go? this is theft.
