Mad shouts to this location! So much delish packed into one order ...huge thumbs way the freck uuuup to the super awesome dude that gave my frappe some major love. this people, this is how you do fast food! Quick! With a big smile! The hash browns were crispy and hot the frappe was sweet and had the most perfect amounts of caramel drizzles and the pics don't suffice for the cinnamon roll, it had just the right amount of icing and was warm from first to the last bite without being rubbery ...{{and I accidentally shifted my baggie so some icing stuck to the top of the inside of the box so it prolly looked a little less grand than it really was,}} but it was honestly just outstanding...all around and they didn't forget my napkins for once! They are doing it big over here! Huge props to these guys for making my morning an possibly my day with the superb service and outstanding meal they provided this lovely morning! Keep up the fantastic work folks! cheers!.....I'm loving it!
I dislike giving low reviews but this one deserved it due to the cleanliness, low food quality, and poor attitudes of the workers. Stopped in around late evening/early night and the floor was sticky. There were several spills that hadn't been cleaned. All the trash bins were overflowing with trash falling onto the floor. Every surface from the tables to the counter were disgusting. The employee serving us was brief abd didn't want to engage past taking the order. There were several employees around, many just chatting among themselves as drive through orders trickled in. No one cleaned lobby or would wipe down a table for us. Food was bad, even for a McDonald's. I travel often and this restaurant chain is fairly reliable but this was far below average. The burgers my group got taste like they were sitting for well over an hour, the buns were tough and stale. I'm certain the person on grill forgot to hit them with salt and pepper as they cooked. The fries were sat-too-long stale and again unseasoned. One friend had to eat the mcRib without the bun to make it palatable while another gave up on their chicken sandwich all together. Between the staff actively avoiding their lobby and customers and the disgusting food I know I'll never be back to this one.
Food and fries were cold. It was 11 pm just after a show at the Fillmore and the drive through was packed. It kind of had a cooked it way to far on advance preparing for a crowd feel.
I have dealt with the same rude girl in the drive through for months now. I have told her managers several times that she is interrupting and not taking orders correctly. All they will do is apologize and say they’ll talk to her. I just spent $15 on a meal I didn’t ask for and can’t eat, and nothing is going to be done to compensate me unless I go back in for the same meal which will not be happening, as I do not trust that woman around my food, and they will not reprimand her.
We go here on our way taking my wife to work early around 4:50am. We go thru the drive-thru and order 2 large coffees and two Sausage Egg McMuffins. The customer service and the food is excellent all the time and the gentleman at the window always makes sure our coffee is stirred and we get our order right. including the 4 extra cream, sugars and 2 stir sticks before leaving the window. It's nice to know there are still people who get to know you and care. That's why we don't go to no other location now.
When you're whole crew acts like gossip Queen's sitting around the bar it makes it hard to find anything good about the place but We do need to recognize both gentlemen who served as security in the fact that when crew is backed up they are not afraid to jump up to the plate and help customers were needed! Cashier, Runners, janitorial duties you name it I've seen security going above the Job duties
On Google Map, your store shows you're open for 24 hours so I called a Uber and went there directly at 5:30am. With minus 24 degrees outside your door is closed entirely and after I knocked on your door for 3 minutes your staff was reluctantly enough to open the door and told me you opened at 6:00am. I asked whether they can let me in and sit in the lobby I landed from California without no heavy jacket on me and put the order at 6am. They rejected me, and told me I can come back at 6:00am. I walked to the circle K next door, stayed there for 30mins, and came back to your store. Still, after 6:00am, the door is closed. I went to the drive-thru window and was told "we're not opened because we don't have enough people" and "you need to leave right now". I was freezing and almost fell down standing in the snow for a long time, and I begged your staff to let me sit in for just several minutes so I could call a Uber to somewhere else open. Still, rejected. Your staff just stand in your empty, warm store, and looked at me standing by myself in the heavy snow with a shaking body. It's the first time in my life, as a customer, I don't feel I'm treated as a human being. Ask your staff if they have a heart, I bet they don't.
I observed one of the food service personnel help a customer understand HOW TO USE the McDonald's app. I thought that was great customer service!Food: 3/5
I give a 3 star. Always a line in drive thru takes some time to get through. Could be more clean.Food: 3/5
Horrible phone service, person picked up the phone with "whats brackin" and hung up with "see you blood" hung up on me when i asked for recommendations on what to order. overall horrible customer service and i would greatly advise to seek a different McDonalds for food. - Brad Boabagaurd Albikerkie III
