I love this particular location so much. The staff is so amazing and friendly. I have never had a bad experience here.  I come here at least four times a week for lunch. And it is by far the most consistent lunch place in the area.  The staff behind the line is mostly women and they are all phenomenal. A new guy just started and he has been great so far.  One of the best parts about this location is that they stock, Mexican Coca-Cola, and it is very hard to find. If you work in the area or live or simply have free time, please give this place a try.

I get being busy but having a sign up for Grubhub drivers to CALL TO GET IN and have the phone OFF THE LINE is UNACCEPTABLE. We get you hate your job, well the drivers do, too. Quit making thinking harder for everyone including yourselves.

Drove to this location because they are open until 11. Arrived 20min before closing, plenty of time to get a freakin takeout bowl - but they declined to serve me, guess wanted to go home early or maybe had more important evening plans. Advertised hours until 11pm.

Good place for a quick bite not far off the 16th Street Mall. The place was a bit unkempt for a Saturday afternoon. And surprisingly very quiet. But the food was good and the woman working the food line was great. Not the best Qdoba in town stacks of burrito metal bowls on the trash cans and ones on the ground on the patio, and the bathroom could use better upkeep but I'd come back if I was in the neighborhood and I was hungry.

Went in for a steak bowl with brown rice and queso. Got half a scoop of STALE brown rice. Literally like chewing jawbreakers. AND HALF A SCOOP?? Asked for steak, another half scoop. Steak was cold and dry. Queso was good. Ordered chips and queso, used rewards to get a cookie. Cookie was crushed because they put it on top of the chips in the chip bag, then threw the queso on top. Queso was sideways in the bag so it leaked everywhere. Total was 16 something dollars!! Disappointing!! :

Came here for lunch and it was CLOSED, when it says they're open!!! Had to rearrange my whole lunch plans which it was upsetting because I didn't have much more time. Called the store and they said there was no one available to work. Why is this place still in business then?? Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time coming here.Service: 1/5

They were closed and cleaning before their posted closing hours. I placed an online order and payed. Why should it be my responsibility to find support to get a refund  edit: The transaction was completed and they charged me. It's funny that QDOBA responded with exactly what I mentioned. They put the responsibility on me for dealing with the transaction. It was easier to file a credit dispute than to sit on the phone for 30 minutes with their customer service.

Update: I was refunded. Was one star I payed for food and wasn't able to get it. I ordered food for pick up on a Friday night. This location was listed as being open til 11 on here and on the door. When I arrived at 10:30 they had closed... No help from customer service yet. This really has made me look elsewhere for food, even when it sounds good. I listed contact info and heard nothing. Genuinely, this is at least poor service and could be scammy.

Workers are extremely friendly and helpful. BUT THE AIR CONDITIONING WENT OUT 2 MONTHS AGO AND IT IS EXTREMELY HOT, THESE WORKERS DO NOT DESERVE THESE CONDITIONS. The solution they have been given is a portable air conditioner that doesn't do anything. The temperature in the building was 85 degrees! Do better for the employees!

Just ordered Grubhub Delivery from here and someone with pink hair left one of their hairs in my food
