Not only are the employees unprofessional and unsympathetic to the "possible" renters situation by joking with coworkers and talking on the phone while they show available properties, they also allow those who abuse their pets to live in the park. Dogs chained to poles obviously starving with junk piled around them. This is in regards to oak trail trailer park in seffner fl. Just to be clear. The girl at the front desk (Jessica or Jennifer..jo was another employee who was unprofessional and took nothing seriously during the application process)  wants a house that is currently available. My husband and I believe she will say and do whatever is necessary in order for you to not get that particular home. She told us our application was accepted but we were denied due to being short a certain dollar amount each week for rent. When I proceeded to ask to speak to someone above her, she insisted she was there when the decision was made and we could not do anything to change it. She gave me no number to call. I highly recommend sparing your time and your money coming here. If I could give zero stars I would. Anyone who says differently must obviously be a personal friend of the owner..i don't see how anyone could be happy living around people like this.

Office harasses the people not bothering anybody but DOES NOTHING about constant police presence at meth houses. Not exactly smart putting a halfway house next to the pool (or so we've been told) Gives the perves a great view
