I am looking for a mobile home to rent to own for a friend of mine. When I called these people, they expected me to provide them with documentations of my friend prior to even being able to look at a home to document as a 'possible list'. That seems shady to me. When you go looking for a home to purchase, whether it be a mobile home or a house, whether to rent or own, you should have the option to look at it without having to put out your info to every business out there. It gives you the opportunity to dismiss an unreliable company. For this reason, renting from these people would be a risk.

Very unpleasant. Rude people. Was told animal control was going to be called on my dogs for barking...in a pet-friendly hotel. Go figure. Had to leave my scheduled event 45 minutes away to go pick them up so that they were not taken to "jail" for being a dog that barked at noisy neighbors. Unbelievable!!! Nasty hotel anyway...clientele questionable. Kept up all night by my next door neighbor slamming doors and screaming. I didn't complain though!

Garbage dump. The management is very rude. Nothing gets fixed. How they fix the mold is with paint. I've cleaned some of there units. Knowing they they should just be bulldozed down. It's very gross. If I could give this zero stars I would.

If I could give this place no stars I would that is actually their true rating. Management sucks, they are friendly at first because they want your money but then get nasty with you when you need something fixed. Oh and god forbid it be after office hours because they will complain about why didn't you call earlier. They half ass fix anything if you can even call it that, and lucky if they actually ever come. Once you're getting close to the end of your lease forget about it. They will find things so that they can evict you. As well as current manager is petty and wants to gossip about any previous tenant saying they are dirty that's why there are roaches. They never fumigate and your lucky if your water is running on a daily basis. Please save yourself the headache and don't waste your money here. COMPLETE SCAM!

They are very unorganized. They have way to many drug dealers and traffic at all hours of the night. The office people are a joke and they love to make the place seem perfect. It is far from even good..
