I would like to acknowledge your customer service. I purchased some furniture and arranged for delivery, but had to change the delivery date several times due to home renovations. Every time I called, the staff were polite and understanding. On the day of delivery there was a mix up, understandably, and I was not on the delivery schedule. I was quite sure that I was not at fault, and I was not happy, party because I was expecting company. I was initially told my delivery would have to wait until the next week, but to their credit, the sales person, the warehouse manager and the delivery men all hustled to get my furniture delivered that afternoon. It was not a large order and I didn't become irate. It would be easy to say that their response is exactly what should have happened, but too often it isn't. I hope these individuals get to know that their efforts to provide good customer service are greatly appreciated.

I really liked the setup at this store and I love the uniqueness of the store. All the other store's try to hard to make the place look nice but this place put things in sections but kinda randomly. Employee's are nice and laugh at jokes so keep up the good work

Staff were very helpful and helped us choose a custom couch set. Most of the Stanton floor models are available in different sizes and colors/fabrics so even if you don't see exactly what you want chances are it can be customized. This is our second time purchasing furniture here and both experiences have been good.

Great spot for a little bit of EVERYTHING! From the low end kitchy goodies to beautiful furniture buys, I’ve always found a bargain OR three. Plus, it’s Old School Portland royalty. Definitely two thumbs up for me.

I have found a couple of good deals here, and it's a great place to wander around for an afternoon. Sometimes prices are great, often they are ridiculous and negotiating is a waste of time. But always try to negotiate, sometimes they give up and you score an amazing deal on a one off piece!
