Purchased a sectional here. Could not be more pleased. Delivery and set up for a small fee. They were professional and yet easily communicated all aspects of what was occurring. They have a great layaway plan for what you need. Loved the ease of this experience.

So glad I found this place! I wish I found it earlier! I had been looking for a specific kind of couch for about 2 weeks now and everything that I found at other furniture stores were nice but way over priced. I found the furniture shack's website and found the exact couch I had been searching for at a good price!! I left my phone number to check the availability of the couch and Scott called me back promptly, the next day. He was very helpful and gave me all the details I needed to know. We were in and out of the shack with quick financing done and our new couch in tow, all in one day. I am writing this review comfortably on our new couch now!! Thank you for making this process so smooth and easy. We will be recommending the shack to anyone who is looking for quality furniture, in the future!!

Anyone looking for furniture should only make one stop, the Furniture Shack. Their prices and selection are unbeatable and their customer service before, during and after the sale are exceptional.  

The environment of the store is not that of a hustle and bustle corporate sales floor but instead like a quaint mom and pop shop where the customer's needs outweigh pushing out high volume of sales at all costs.  It's such a laid back atmosphere they even have their family dog Clover running around to keep you company! 

On a pretty modest budget my girlfriend and I were able to furnish our entire new apartment with extremely nice furniture.  When our furniture was delivered there was a minor scuff on our recliner which really was near unnoticeable. When the owner, Brett called me personally to see if I was happy with my purchase I briefly mentioned it. He offered to replace it immediately which I said was unnecessary. He wasn't comfortable letting it go and instead he had a furniture repair person come out and fix the scuff the next day and it was good as new. Talk about service!
