Do you like waiting 8 weeks for furniture that was promised to take 3 or 4? If so, then this is the place for you! Unbelievable how slow these guys are.

I've had nothing but trouble from Gallery Furniture. I ordered two couches and was told "Good news! The delivery estimate has been moved down from 4-6 weeks to 4 weeks". 3 weeks later, I get a call saying the pillows are on back order. I asked about the couches and they said they didn't know when they would be ready. After 4.5 weeks, I had to call again and ask where the couches were. Long story short, got the couches after 6 weeks. Just got a call today saying the pillows are in, 8 weeks after ordering. They asked me to come by and pick them up. This is extremely frustrating since I paid for delivery. Only part of the order was delivered. They are going to give me a call tomorrow and ask the salesperson to bring them out to me at some point. I can only imagine that it will be messed up again.

Avoid at all costs!!

Update:
They delivered two pillows, still waiting on the other two. This order was placed on Labor Day!!! What a ridiculous, terrible company.

Bought a living room set (couch, 2 chairs, 2 tables) from here and we are very happy with it. Great selection of fabrics and very friendly service.
