Exceptional service. Moni let us wander a bit before letting us know that she was there to help. She checked on us occasionally but never stalked us. I hate that at furniture stores! When we were ready she was right there to answer our questions and tell us about the available discounts. She wrote up our order and we were out the door. Perfect service. Thank you!

I came in looking to furnish a couple of rooms in my house and got to work with Donna. I like to be slow, thorough, and deliberate in any major purchase. This is a different cadence than a lot salespeople are used and it can make it hard for me to get the guidance I need. It takes a long time to get me to close and I ask many questions along the way. Donna was helpful and patient. Throughout our interactions worked to help me find what I need-- not just sell me something. She spent over two hours offering suggestions and answering my questions. Donna's patience and knowledge let me be more transparent about my needs and ultimately have a far better experience than what I typically have. I would be happy to work with her again. There was something, however, that did detract from the overall experience. The point of sale system that the associates have to use is clunky. Simple operations like registering a sale were unnecessarily complicated and required multiple steps. It slowed the process down a few times.

I recently moved into a condo and was in need of some furniture to make my place a little more homey and functional. Ashley Furniture had a number of good looking designs that I was interested in so I decided to go in person and meet with a sales representative to discuss purchasing options and financing. I have to say that my experience with the team at the Jantzen beach location was phenomenal. One sales representative in particular, Gabriel, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the process. He helped me choose furniture that was ideal for the space I had available and gave me a great deal to boot! When certain furniture items arrived slightly damaged due to shipping, he offered me a discount on the damaged pieces or a full replacement if I wanted. It's rare to find a sales person who actively fights to get the customer a fair deal so I was actually quite surprised when I worked with him! I would definitely recommend this location, and Gabriel in particular, to anyone who's looking for some new furniture at affordable prices.

With so many Furniture store choices out there, it’s hard to know where to start. We started with Ashley furniture and Mani was so very helpful and honest without any pressure that we ended up buying everything from her. The staff was friendly, welcoming and no pressure at all. Mani made our experience fun and memorable and we will be back! You will not be disappointed!

Worked directly with Blake on the purchase of our sofa and recliner. Blake was quick to answer any of our questions and respectful in giving us space to browse without hovering. Really appreciated his giving us space. When we decided to go measure the space before purchasing, we did not receive pressure to buy right away. When we returned to make the purchase, he was quick to greet us, asked if he could help us and gave space for us to make our final decision. He made sure we knew he was there when we needed him but didn’t pressure at all! Made the experience comfortable and welcoming. If you go here, please ask for Blake! He’s awesome!
