There are posted hours for a reason. Don't say you close at five and refuse to see someone that gets there a 4:35. I have work until 4, I got down there as soon as I could to register my bike and I was told I couldn't be seen.

Chico is my hometown, even though I wasn't born here. My family and I have only lived outside of Chico for two years in the past decade and we had to get back to Chico.
