I have had several encounters with ePark and they abuse their citations. Several times they've made up tickets, marking my car as over limit after I just parked it, and have them confess, "We know your car." Just a bunch of petty individuals with nothing better to do than troll your wallet because they can and EVERYONE ELSE HAS TO WAIT TIL THE SECOND THURSDAY OF THE MONTH when they do it every day. Such a scam that I must pay off my tickets to contest. My money is staying where it is, thank you.

Been getting a monthly pass for two years and never had an issue. The 1 stars sound like whiners who are projecting the blame when they can't follow the rules.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM THEIR SERVICE IF POSSIBLE. WILL CHARGE YOU A MONTH FOR ONLY 2 WEEKS OF PARKING. SEEK OUT OTHER PARKING SOURCES.
