They mishandled my flu diagnosis (also pregnant at time of diagnosis) and I ended up having to be hospitalized. Every medical professional I saw after my visit was incredulous that they didn't give me Tamiflu and were not more concerned about how sick I was. Every visit to CItyMD has been less-than-positive but this was really, really bad.

I had a really poor experience at this particular city MD. Everyone was friendly and nice and caring it was more an experience of not knowing what is going on. I️ came for some routine vaccinations and tests, my insurance was mishandled and it turns out that when I came back to have the test (PPD) read I actually owed more than I was told initially and my insurance covers nothing - ok very annoying but already here so let’s just do it. The doctor that read my test was looking up criteria for a positive test while i was in the room - does not inspire confidence - and misread my test, per my PCP and almost had to get a chest X-ray

Misdiagnosed, symptoms worsened, spent close to $300. The women at the front desk and nurse were fantastic, but the 5 minutes I had with the doctor felt rushed (and proved to be too few). I'd like to see CityMD focus on improving its customer care and quality of preexisting locations, rather than its alarmingly rapid expansion to the point of omnipresence within NYC. I recommend finding a medical provider on Zocdoc instead of dropping by the nearest CityMD.

Hi all from Beirut, I honestly want to thank the great staff in the clinic, from reception to the genuine and extremely attentive and helpful Dr. (If you can remind me of his name) selfie attached! Thanks doc you saved my vacation in NYC, without your precise diagnosis and treatment I would have stayed in bed my the whole trip. Wish you all the best and continuous success.
