I've gone through about 6 doctors in NYC. Been with Dr Reich for 2+ years now and can't stress enough how great she is. Best doctor I've had; super consistent,  helpful, knowledgable, kind, talented. 

I've recommended her to a few of my friends and they all adore her as well. Finally a trustworthy NYC doctor.

Dr. Reich was originally my husband's Dr. We were both looking for a good doctor for so long. Once he told me about her bedside manner including the questions she asked him - I was quite impressed. I went with him on a visit and was very pleased with the interaction. She even does follow-up phone calls after your visit. She is now our family doctor. I took off one star bc you might have to wait (a little while) to be seen at office or on hold when calling but that is to be expected at a busy office such as this.

Terrible leave you waiting in the doctors office for 2 hours before she actually comes into her own office to see you... this is not just a one visit thing this is her all the time.. seems to not know what she’s doing always seems to be clueless

If you want slow, inaccurate service and results then come here. I've come here once for a physical and once for a set of tests. And they forgot to run several of the tests on my second visit so I had to go back several times. They, also, forgot I was in the room so the appointment took forever. Then, they billed incorrectly and I had to fight the charges for a year. Really unprofessional and disorganized.
