At first look the room seemed to look like what was advertised online, however the sheets were stained multiple times, and very few towels were provided. There also appeared to be a bit of feces on the toilet paper holder. While nothing was stolen, we did not feel that the room was very secure while we were out considering the level of security in the office where we checked in. 
All in all, I would not consider this worth the amount I paid.

What do you want, it's Oakland.  Not the worst place I've ever stayed.  Woke up with  bites though that 5 weeks later are still healing.  If not for that, I'd probably come back.  If you want ground level, book a king bed, all queens are upstairs.  Checkout time is 11.  They didnt come banging on the door or calling until 10:50 (thanks guys, i needed the sleep). 

Small parking lot.  If you have to park on the street, leave NOTHING in your car or you WILL be buying a new window.  I left a 2018 Dodge 1500 in the lot one night and on the street one night with the windows down and had no problems.

After I already had a reservation booked and paid for, they asked me to give them a deposit for $100! Then they wouldn't take it from my card, they said it had to be cash! I had to drive and find an ATM and come back. And the room was trash! I didn't even stay the night. I booked another room. Never coming back to this place!

Last minute hotel since my other one got canceled. For being late at night in Oakland and not that far from o.co stadium after a 'W' for the raiders, turned out to be be a pretty good hotel. Small parking lot yes, but showers work well and did not see any type of bugs. Bed was OK and staff was good...Would recommend
