My king bed room wasnt available at my arrival, they saps there was a "plumbing issue." Ended up with a double just for myself. The room seemed like it wasn't prepared for an overnight guest. There were a couple hairs on the sink and lint or small things on the towels... like they hadn't used that room in a while. Also for an "extended stay", I would expect hair dryers in the future. And the complimentary "conditioning shampoo" made my hair stiff.. but that's on me for forgetting my toiletries. Grab n go breakfast items start at 6am. I had to leave at 530 so early risers don't get to benefit from the breakfast muffins and coffee.

Its a nice new well kept maintained good looking well placed easily accessible hotel. I just picked up a friend from the hotel i didnt stay at the hotel over night. It looked nice

Its okay. Getting there, you have to pass through a lot of homeless camps. Actual grounds are decent. Walls are thin.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Great location with a great view if you're on the right side of the building

Your reservation means nothing here. Booked a double room for a month. Was told we only have single queen rooms available upon arrival. Then what exactly was the point of me making a reservation for something you don't have, then driving all the way over here and waiting in your chaotic lobby for close to an hour. Then they charged my card anyway and handed me room keys for the queen room. Totally incompetent front desk. A couple of kids in there running the hotels operations. Completely unacceptable.
