The good: breakfast is great - well-cooked, plentiful, good choices. The bad: Tiny room. Tiny bathroom. They called it a "standard room" but to me it seemed way smaller than any Hilton type room we've seen before. It was a lot more like a quality inn-type room. The room was in an old building which needs a total overhaul remodel. Also the location is isn't great. You're a way from the city but still have loads of bad traffic and noise. Would not recommend this hotel.

The property itself is beautiful, and the rooms are well furnished. The back patio was trashed. I don't blame the hotel, I blame the people who left it that way, however the trash can was overflowing, food and garbage left put everywhere. It looked like the aftermath of a huge house party. Needless to say, it was very off putting. For as much as this hotel charges per night, I expect the property to be maintained to a certain level. Was not impressed.

For the price it was not that great. Could hear toilets flushing and other noise all night. Breakfast and lobby areas very good.

Beds were lumpy but another person in elevator said theirs was too firm, so not sure if some have been updated. sofa bed was terrible, at least the child was only 7. morning breakfast was good, but very busy.

Connie, lady at front desk was very friendly and personal. Her smiles was great!. Check-in was easy. This, 1st class service
