This place is as slow as molasses. The windows are always all closed except for one, and the people who come here are slow to ask for what they need. The customers don't come prepared with tracking numbers, ID, or various other materials, so it will add about 15 minutes to serve each customer. Avoid it, if you can!

The pick up window is ridiculous. One clerk, lines always consisting of at least 8+ customers, waiting times easily taking over 25 minutes on average and a hiccup every dozen or so customers. It's quite unfortunate for the majority of Oaklands packages to be routed to this location. On the other hand the clerk has always been nice, helpful and more than willing to do their best to help.

It's the post office - it will never be a fun trip. Lines are always long, and yes the staff is slow, but you probably wouldn't move very fast either if it meant helping another customer with a bad attitude. It is what it is, cut these people some slack
